 Depression encompasses a variety of types, each with its own specific characteristics and diagnostic criteria. Here are the main types of depression: 1.Major Depressive Disorder (MDD):- Characteristics: Persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities. Well most of the people are confused about whether a person who was once depressed be depressed again and because most if them think that it’s impossible they neglect their health but the answer is,  Yes, a person who has experienced depression can become depressed again. This is known as a recurrence of depression. Can depression be cured?

  Can depression be cured?! Most people think once you get depressed you will be never be able to heal and become normal again but they can heal completely and if you didn’t know that they once we patients of depression you may not be able to tell if they were depressed. So Yes depression can be cured. Depression  is harmful to a person and sometimes it even causes death because a depressed people tend to feel like they are not loved and they are feed up with like and so they intend to hurt themselves and sometimes other. But that doesn’t mean that they can never be cured.

Where to seek help.

Most people keep on asking themselves to where they should seek help from and to whom they should ask help but i have good news because some people are scared that it’s expensive but it’s not, since depression can be treated without going to the hospital. Well am not saying you should not go to the hospital but there are other places you should go to and these places are sometimes of free charges and among these places  Testimony and discussion  include group discussion, talk to someone you feel free with, listen to testimonies of other people, and lastly pray find time for your self time with God for he is able to do what no man can do. Prayer heals Therefore there are so many ways to seek help from it may either be hospital,  group discussion,  prayer or testimonies.
